Mass duo enroll at Bradenton

U.S Soccer's Under-17 Residency Program's fall semester kicked off this week at the IMG Academy in Bradenton, FL.

Included among the 40 residents are two Massachusetts natives. Sheanon Williams is a forward who is a member of the FC Greater Boston Bolts. Williams is joined in the Sunshine State by Scot Caldwell of Braintree, whose sister, Amy, is a member of the women's youth national program.

With only a year until the 2007 FIFA U-17 World Cup in South Korea, the 40-player roster consists almost entirely of eligible players (born on or after 1 January 1990), with 26 of the players having been born in 1990 and 13 in 1991.
